Pros

Product is good, but complex, every company need endpoint protection.

Cons

Wow, a lot of people are speaking up about the politics surrounding Israel, and I share those concerns. I’ve been reorganized several times simply to expand the scope of teams in Israel. This group could really benefit from new leadership.

Pros

- decent salary in theory if you negotiate hard, big salary difference across individuals - looks good on CV - SDR's get promoted, because so many are leaving

Cons

- entire leadership has left - New Management is from Salesforce and bringing in their old crew (middle management and field) - It's CrowdForce now - nobody hitting target - insane churn - Pushing back into the office (3+) - Toxic masculinity culture combined with favouritism
