      Pros

      Work from home if you don’t live near an office.

      Cons

      The program management team at a Crowdstrike was toxic. If you brought a single original thought and didn’t just toe the line from the director, who had never been a program manager anywhere else you were targeted. I was treated to retaliation over protected statuses and my concerns were dismissed, eventually had to leave.

      Pros

      The CrowdStrike culture is amazing. They are fanatical about the customer AND the employees. It is a breath of fresh air to work for a company that values their employees.

      Cons

      Being a fast growing company there are some processes that are lagging but it is recognized, and they are focused on fixing it.

      Lots of potential with this company. Lots of opportunity and customers coming in constantly. Great product as well

      Cons

      Most managers don’t have experience so there tends to be lots of unproductive departments. Lots of nepotism as well.
