Pros

Great technology which performs very well for advertisers & publishers alike. Benefits within the US have become much better within the past few months. Very competitive with other ad-technology firms. Good potential.

Cons

Corporate politics play such a huge role within Criteo that it is suffocating at times. If you've heard the old adage of perception is reality and you like that time of environment then Criteo is for you. Many people here spend their entire day looking for ways to pander to senior management, both in the US and abroad. Europeans are brought over to the US market without knowledge of this very complex environment. Criteo has become a revolving door where employees are either fired or they leave as they were brought here under false pretenses. The Europeans do not value the role or knowledge that Americans can bring to the table. Very dissapointing in a growing & profitable international company. There is no culture here. Culture is something that should be bread from the highest executives down to the rank & file. This is not the case at Criteo. Top executives hope that culture will just organically crop up, which is never the case. Take a look at some of the best companies to work for (Zappos, Google, Salesforce, Yahoo!). Their CEO's take pride in infusing corporate pride, fun & hard work. Also, terrible commission structure for Business Development, Sales, & Account Management.

Pros

Global company. Lots of opportunity. The product/technology WORKS. Smart people. Productive, collaborative, fast-growth, fun environment. The company has grown tremendously over the last year and yes, there were some bumps and bruises along the way. Moving the corporate office from Palo Alto to New York was not an easy task and there were casualties, as expected. Moving out of start-up mode has also been difficult...and turnover both company-initiated and employee-initiated was expected. However, what Criteo does really well: Identifies the best talent, nurtures that talent, allows that talent opportunities (including global opps) Recognizes the high demands the company makes on its employees for top performance and tries to reward that (work hard, play hard) Tries to be competitive in all aspects of the industry (as an employer, as a product, as a partner) Great benefits (medical, wellness, perks) Awesome work spaces (Paris, London, NY, Boston, etc)

Cons

Growth can bring on cumbersome process and layers of management. It makes turning the ship much more difficult and no longer as nimble as it used to be.
