It sounds like overall you're enjoying the Criteo atmosphere and work ethic, which is awesome. But at the same time you're right to call out the growing pains we have. We've globalized and expanded so quickly that sometimes communication seems disjointed, issues might seem redundant, or things might slip through the cracks. We're working hard to target these.
