Really sorry to hear that you didn't feel like you had sufficient options around career growth- this is something we are truly trying to address. As a company growing ~30% year over year, there are more than enough opportunities for growth. However they aren't always accessible or transparent to everyone, and this is a problem we are actively working on. We wouldn't want employees to feel the way you did.
