      * Smart colleagues and multicultural environment * Mobility and career opportunities abroad * Dynamic 'start-up' spirit and fast growing company * Team spirit and corporate culture * Great office locations (rooftops, close to city center in each city)

      Cons

      Not obvious ones, probably a lack of processes and structure at times, but this is the consequence of a fast growing company and that's what makes it exciting to be at Criteo!

      Pros

      Excellent Product, great locations, everyone is friendly and the ambience in the office is vibrant and fun. Their is a fair amount of autonomy for a company of it's size.

      Cons

      Inexperienced Leaders, Inexperienced managers. Poor decision making.
