We’re happy to hear that you enjoy the investment we make in our offices as well as the benefits package that we offer our team members. We believe that our team members are at the heart of what we are at Criteo, and our international and dynamic team members make us unique.
As we move through a transition to a multi-product Company we’re shifting to become more customer centric, and we know we have strides to make here. To retain our position as a leader in technology advertising solutions, we’re a target driven business, but we work to support every team member in achieving or even over-achieving their objectives.
We continue to work on improving our working culture, and with regular employee surveys look at where we can invest and evolve employee happiness and our flexibility to employee needs over time.
