      Pros

      Benefits are wonderful. Opportunity to work with a lot of intelligent people in a very forward thinking environment, matching the forward thinking industry we are in.

      Cons

      Nothing out of your ordinary from other places I've been, although I will say will some cons maybe similarly no matter where, Criteo certainly handles it better than most. There could be days of frustration based on organizational matter, but all this considered, atleast with the people that I have directly worked with, it hasn't significantly impacted morale, or my perception of the company.
