The team and people that are at Criteo are incredible. There are a few bad apples but overall it's a strong team that has a mission.

Cons

Leadership keeps changing and direction is murky though there are a lot of opportunities.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Since the appointment of our new CEO, Megan Clarken, in December 2019, we've been rebuilding the executive leadership team to help us achieve our objective to be the leading advertising platform for the open internet. We've broadly communicated our strategy, which includes a new mission, product roadmap and company values, to all employees. We encourage you to discuss with your manager to better understand how your contribution is important to our future success.

Pros

Opportunity to work with key brands in the market

Cons

Terrible work culture, no business or management direction during difficult times, managers don’t care about employees especially those joining from outside in these changing times. Toxic culture of me and my work, poor team spirit. Hierarchical approach to teams.
