First, let us say that we're really sorry to hear that you did not have a positive management work experience and felt pressured. This doesn't reflect at all what we want to offer to our employees. We have several processes in place to carefully review feedback received by managers. We are putting the focus on creating a collaborative team progression by involving, training and providing managers with the right tools to support their team members, as shown with the creation of the Manager Behavior Framework and the reinforcement of the IDP (Individual Development Plan) that we have launched since 2020 and 2021. Although you might feel that you have already been offered this solution, we strongly encourage you to reach out to your local People Partner to discuss this situation so that you can be supported.

In 2020 and 2021, a strong focus of the HR teams has been to train managers to develop their team members with the launch of the Manager Behaviors Framework based on the values, as well as the reinforcing the manager's role in the IDP (Individual Development Plan) process.
