- Little opportunities to grow for OPS people - Very fast pacing environment - Product teams are pressed by the industry to rollout quickly leading in commercial/ops teams not trained enough to pitch/support clients - Management is not enough qualified to help individual contributors meet their personal objectives

We've been training our managers so they can set you up for success and boost each individual's growth. We strengthened our IDP (Individual Development Plan) in 2021 to keep involving managers more and more in employees' career development.
