Pros

Back when the PA office was still open, the location was decent and convenient.

Cons

This was my experience back in 2018/2019, so things may have changed drastically (I hope) recently. - Politics. French people gossip around water coolers ALL DAY LONG in french regarding important decision-making information. Favoritism everywhere. - Decisions are made by the Paris HQ. Other offices found themselves outside the intimate circle of French leadership constantly. - Pay & benefit not on par with industry standard. - I had a horrible micromanager who always started my 1-1 at least 30-45 mins late and regularly spent 2-3 hours talking through minor details. Some middle managers in this company had never experienced how to work outside this company and were not aware of what could be considered professional behaviors.

We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your experience as much as you could have. Building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcomed, listened and cared for is one of our top priorities. Our multicultural community is what makes our company culture so unique, and we believe English should be our company's official tongue so that we all feel in the same boat. When talking about management, we know it is an area in constant movement which requires continuous improvement. Management isn't something you have but something you learn, so we have empowered and supported our managers the best we can with thorough training and a diversity of learning resources. We believe the key to management is transparent communication; that is why we are encouraging an open-feedback culture in our managers' behaviors and through tools such as the Manager Annual Performance survey for instance. We thank you for your review and contribution while working at Criteo. We hope you could find a place where you now flourish.
