Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate the input. I’m sorry to hear you were impacted by our decision to refocus our activities in China entirely on our fast growing export business, shifting away from our domestic business. We always try to handle these situations with the care and attention they deserve and we try to redeploy colleagues where possible if and when requirements in our business change. These decisions are never taken lightly and we always consider the impact on our employees. Throughout the process, we have worked closely with the colleagues in China impacted by the change to try and secure alternative roles, both inside and outside of Criteo. From the direct feedback received by the team we feel that although people were understandably disappointed by the decision, the majority of employees understood the business rationale and felt they had been treated fairly and correctly throughout this process.
