Pros

Real scale & impact working with massive data volumes and high-load systems where changes directly affect global production traffic and major advertisers. Strong engineering culture focus on technical depth, thoughtful architecture, and shipping high-quality features to production. Growth & international environment continuous learning, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to a truly global AdTech ecosystem.

Cons

High level of bureaucracy processes and approvals can be heavy. Slow decision-making changes often require long alignment across multiple teams. Promotion complexity career progression can be challenging and requires strong evidence and long-term impact.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We always welcome open feedback, as it allows us to gain valuable insights to help us move forward. Being a global company, we strive to make our processes and workflows as agile as possible, setting clear goals and cascading information transparently. That's also one of the reasons why we shift to a different work approach. By blending office presence with flexible options, we remain agile and autonomous while boosting collaboration and collective performance. There is always room at Criteo for those willing to be proactive in shaping their own career path. We want Criteo to be a place where people can grow and thrive. That's why merit and promotion cycles follow such structured and transparent processes. When it comes to career development, we want to ensure fairness and equity for all.
