Pros

Management is constantly trying to improve culture even in a remote setting. I can see the effort they take to make employees more satisfied. Keep up the great work!

Cons

No stock unfortunately but there is a bonus program!

Good people around you, very smart and king Lots of opportunities to grow and experience unusual engineering projects Great work/life balance Not a toxic culture Good compensation

Cons

Well, since it's a consultancy agency you might spend some time on the bench when you are in between projects, that's been very unlikely in the latest years, especially for Android Developers, but it can happen and, despite company effort, it can be a little boring.
