Pros

The only good thing about the place was the staff that worked there - fantastically talented people and a great team spirit.

Cons

Absolutely no job stability whatsoever. As soon as Conduent came into being at the start of 2017 they started laying people off and it will continue until at their whim as they see fit. Dreadful communication and management, only interested in making big bucks with US approved markets. Totally US focused, sending out blogs on how important the staff are and how great the future looks whilst all the time laying off staff across the rest of the world.

Pros

Global environment and quality mid management.

Cons

There is a CEO, who has no concern with clients or emploiyees. There can be layoffs one day and hiring the following.

Pros

Discounts on trips, cruises, flights, cars buying, almost anything

Cons

Health insurance sign ups are once a year, and they're sneaky about it to the point of dodging the question until it passed. The only way you can enjoy working for this company is if you make friends/ do things you really SHOULDN'T be doing with supervisors and upper management. Then you can clock in and mess around all day and your supervisor/manager friend will cover for you. If you aren't one of those lucky people, when the further up the chain comes down on said supervisor, they pass the blame onto you and threaten write-ups even if you show up and do what you're paid to do. And they MAKE everybody take business ethics training. And progression/advancement is non existent unless you're involved with management. The only other time you can advance is when other employees quit and they pull out all the stops to fill that position and take your schedule hostage unless you do it.
