Pros

Hours are Mon-Fri 8-5 with EVERY weekend off. The employees get along well. The leads are helpful and the pay is better than average. NO OUT OUTBOUND CALLS EVER

Cons

If you cannot take people yelling at you on the phone do not take the job. It’s not personal. You’re not being forced to make someone pay but customers do get mad.

Pros

Excellent training for entry level new hires, good support from management and on-site client liaisons for supervisor level, and a renewed focus on employee experience. New changes are being made to give supervisor level employees more insight in the business and more opportunities to drive the company.

Cons

As an outsource call center there’s a challenge to balance several different priorities between customers, client, and Conduent. This can be rough for anyone not used to the business. And of course open availability is a must.
