Pros

great brands and cool projects

Cons

No room for growth, in office mandates for 4x a week, management isn't strong, no real natural mentorship

Pros

As the headline suggests, it offers a great work-life balance with no micromanagement. It's an excellent place to work, where people are highly supportive of skill development.

Cons

When I joined, the policy was 5 hours in the office on any three random days of the week. However, it has since changed to 8.5 hours across four days. That said, it's not strictly enforced (xD).
