Pros

Conde is a lovely place to work, with very friendly and talented people. Managers are brilliant, and they appreciate what you do -- and tell you. Great culture.

Cons

Pay is unbelievably low even for industry standards, and there is a lot of pressure to do more for less. Managers' hands are tied.

Pros

* Central offices in the heart of Mayfair (iconic building) and by the Thames (killer view and fantastic working space) * Good people to work with * Magazines! * Never the same day twice

Cons

* Management changes globally driven by NY mean UK and international organisation losing its identify * Collaboration and communication seem to be minimal with Top Down changes the norm * Lack of corporate vision and strategy from Top leadership means motivation of employees is low; 'business priorities' only after 10 months of a new Global CEO seem short-sighted and frankly, a bit weak *

Pros

Had some upper managers who were great, with turnover, it only got worse. Some were demeaning and terrible. Getting to work from home whenever was a plus.

Cons

Overall, they don't really look out for their employees. Hard to stay loyal with a company that doesn't seem to care.
