Pros

Great, valuable experience and exposure for an undergraduate intern. Editors at all CN magazines seem to be minor social media celebrities, and there's nothing like seeing Anna Wintour walk into the building.

Cons

The program wasn't paid. Of course, that's part of why they had to shut it down.

Pros

Foster creative and "big idea" thinking. Allow you to conceptualize and take ownership from start to finish of any given project within your wheelhouse. Very competitive compensation and great benefits package. Have a quarterly and annual awards structure within individual brands and corporate.

Cons

Image driven; high-pressure/deadline-oriented environment; management level promotions without management training.
