-Free Makeup, Clothes and knickknacks every once in a while -Free Snacks -Looks Good on Resume

Cons

-Horrible Management -Offensive language or conversations -Heavy work load -Terrible teamwork -Low Pay -Micromanagement (You have to ask to use the bathroom) -Bosses can yell at you with no consequences -HR is on managements side so good luck complaining

Cons

Systems and processes are very primitive and pay is very low. Good to learn if you are a junior but avg tenure for mid and junior employees is approx 1-3 years.
