Pros

Great environment, good people, talented staff, interesting projects, meaningful product, good benefits

Cons

Company needs to find its footing. With the print product in decline, they are working on more and more digital offerings and additional sources of income, with varying degrees of success. Overall, the level of talent at the company should be able to sustain it through this period of transition.
