Pros

Great benefits and paid time off. Great cafeteria. Really amazing office building and location.

Cons

The company is so big that it is often hard to make big changes. It's tough to be agile and on top of the ever changing trends in the industry.

Pros

The company has a huge name, so you'll have a lot of big names to guide you in the industry.

Cons

Unfortunately there's not a lot of room to grow within the company, so you might have to go elsewhere or bounce around different magazines in order to move up.
