Pros

Ample personal/vacation days, unlimited sick days, company events & parties, snacks, most people are pleasant, decent work/life balance

Cons

Little to no transparency, sneaky office politics that sometimes resulted in promotion of less-competent employees, upper management has very poor understanding of the ground level day-to-day, certain brands favored over others and allowed to break the rules
