Pros

You’ll gain a great amount of experience and the name will look good on your resume.

Cons

Constant reorgs and managerial changes. Pays POC lower than white counterparts and a lot of leg work to be compensated fairly as if its your issue for not be paid equally. And in the end they usually don’t rectify the situation.

Pros

- Nice building - Great brand collaborations - Impressive name for a CV

Cons

Favouritism, nepotism and superficial structures - nothing is by merit. If you are not in the 'inner circle' don't expect anything more than your starting salary. Don't even expect condolences.
