Pros

Everyone within the building is respectful, friendly and polite. Organised environment. Individuals are given a lot of responsibility from day one. Lots of fun social events and parties.

Cons

Difficult to progress career wise. Salary is not aligned to your ability. Yearly salary increase is not done on an individual's capabilities, but rather marginal increase due to inflation on living costs. Stagnant hierarchy.
