Pros

Incredible brands, beautiful office location (irrelevant now because of lockdown) the name has a lot of cachet and opens a lot of doors. You are surrounded by interesting creative people who are passionate about what they do. Easy hours!

Cons

The senior management treat lower levels appallingly. Pay is shocking even by industry standards. No clear form of progression or career trajectory AT ALL. If you try to bring this up, you are essentially told "you're lucky to work here"
