Pros

Flexible working hours. Hybrid mode of working - 3 days in office. Time - 9 am to 9 pm ( Flexible 8.5 hrs)

Cons

You are on your own. No guidance for freshers. Operating from onsite - USA or Europe Bangalore office:- Company policy is average. Employees can drink alcohol and work, so strange to experience it. No dress code policy. Some good employees are dominated by bad employees. Indian managers are joke. Hired from startup firm. Sake of hiring. Stealing credit from other employees. Poor work culture.

Poor management, constant changes in direction, and a lack of effective leadership can significantly negatively impact an organization.
