Terrible Terrible Company

Pros

Health, vision, dental benefits are decent.

Cons

I don't even know where to start. Anyone who says they have a work-life balance is either lying or they have an intro (or very upper) position. Everyone in the middle suffers from severe lack of boundaries, being overworked, taken advantage of, and paid very unfairly. If you search, you can still find a repost of company salary breakdowns that were quickly taken down. There's absolutely NO consistency regarding pay structure between brands, positions and tenure. Most people do NOT receive raises or bonuses, and the pay is drastically different between people on the same team. Even if you're pulling the entire weight of your department, you can be paid offensively less than your team mates. That also brings me to lack of needed oversight and leadership because some people in power positions don't actually know how to manage a team, which effects every project. Conde almost only promotes women and POC when they're in hot water and want to look good. Not to say these folks don't deserve the positions---it just shouldn't take a whistleblower to prompt them to make these moves. They only care about money, and that is clear in so many toxic work situations. As soon as Covid hit they immediately laid off hundreds of employees. So, long story short, they do not value employees in the slightest. Terrible experience.

Pros

The office location was nice.

Cons

If your colleagues don't get you, the instability of the company will. It's every woman for themself. Ask for help and you probably won't get it--true Devil Wears Prada type environment.

A Mess

Pros

Good people, they don't take their jobs too seriously, lots of fun at work. kind of cool brands. Some really really smart people.

Cons

A complete mess of a company. The management has no idea what they are doing / don't care about employee welfare. So disinterested in diversifying or making employees happy. Every project is really poorly managed. Non-management have a better idea of what to do than management. A lot of people don't care about their jobs or what they are doing and are really cynical about work. Mostly men work there. They layoff people and reorganize often.
