Toxic work culture. NO professionalism. There won't be team support and manager support. When people struck with access issues they will throw negative shade on that person. They hired as a react developer but along with react they are assigning tasks on python, flask, gitlab-ci, kubernetes, docker, azure data factory, snowflake, machine learning whatever the requirement comes. Manager says we are paying you and you have to work. No job security. people will provide production support during weekends. No work life balance. During client visits and HR sessions they ask you to manage work and will make you work 16 hours per day.
