Pros

This is a great place if you're looking to begin in the industry, have some knowledge and related experience, but no job specific experience. They had an entry level position available. I was coachable, and they really do have a tremendous system to help you grow as an agent. They also have lots of opportunities for you to grow in leadership. Everything is stats based, but the system is fantastic in letting you know how to grow, getting coached on it, and these details help us provide an extremely professional workforce for our clients which can be many different kinds of companies. I get to become an expert serving the customers of one specific client. One key point I like is that I'm surprised how many women are working with me. It's always welcome to see women anywhere in STEM. They're clearly making an effort to provide an open , welcoming environment, and helping everyone equally build and hone their skills.

Cons

There are some sacrifices made when working for a company who provides out-sourced talent. You're probably making less than your analogues who are hired by the client. That said, I'm okay with that. I gladly give that up for the value of opportunity and training to grow in skills and experience. And it's greatly outweighed by the option to grow to leadership roles when you stand out, or maintain connections should someone decide to part for pastures new.

Pros

Talented people to work with that will make you want to come to work. Some line managers are really supportive and help you grow Working from home policy is great (but somehow is feels valuable now since it became the norm). Focus on gender equality and the pay gap in the workplace.

Cons

Ever-increasing austerity measures despite stable business performance which saves the company maybe a couple of thousands of dollars a year. Do you consider that the impact of these small financial gains may have significant negative consequences on areas such as employee morale and motivation? The focus on P&L is threatening to the values and culture. The finances are very important but aren't they driven by how much your employees are invested in making the business successful? Rate of innovation is intensifying the sense old-fashionedness. Career development opportunities are limited and it depends on luck more than hard work. Could business benefit from using a framework that will create equal opportunities for all employees? Compensation is below the industry standards for most of the roles and the business is in denial. Company's strategy is to let people go instead of adjusting their salaries. Doesn't finding new talent cost more?

Pros

anyone with a pulse can get hired if they can pass basic testing , I am leaving as soon as I secure alternate employment.

Cons

they pay like crap, 25 people I hired didn't get a paycheck for almost a month, one person I hired was sexually harassed infront of an entire training class and trainer and when it was reported NOTHING was done, said there was no proof however an entire training class witnessed the disgusting remarks made to this young lady, but they terminated another person without even doing a full investigation because someone said this person helped them on a test, when they had proof in their hands it was a different employee but they didn't want to term that person. If you need a job with clear processes in place, this is not it, if you need to go somewhere and get a few paychecks at crap pay (12hr for tech support and customer service) then this may work. Be prepared to never get an answer, to never have HR support, and everyone you ask for help will send you to someone else.
