      An enlightening experience

      Pros

      Some nice colleague, the climate, payments almost always on time and correct, free water, coffee and vending machines.

      Cons

      Constantly changing procedures and curve balls, very loud call center environment, fixed height desks, cheap uncomfortable chairs, very high attrition rate, lots of office politics.

      Micromanagement hell where you are the product

      -Good office -Sufficient salary -Team building is done okayish

      Cons

      -Micromanagement is common, -HR policies often feel unreasonable and unfair. -Career development is clearly not a priority, -Management frequently appears incompetent. -Employees are treated as products rather than people with the focus on extracting as much value as possible. -The work environment is further damaged by constant lying, backstabbing, and office politics. -New hiring practices are questionable, as a large portion of new employees, like 40 percent, are dismissed within just a few weeks.
