A Decent Experience at Webhelp

I worked at Webhelp for a while, and it was an okay experience overall. The work environment was standard, and the colleagues were generally friendly. The company provides some basic benefits, but nothing extraordinary. Management seemed to be on par with other companies

Cons

Communication could have been better. There wasn't much room for career advancement, and the work itself was somewhat monotonous. Overall, not a bad place to gain some experience, but don't expect anything exceptional.

Pros

Very social place with a lot of team building events. Spacious and nice office locations. Multilingual environment.

Cons

Long days until 6pm every day. Working with private consumers over phone wasn't that easy either (B2C market). It really depends which language you will be supporting and which client you will be working with. (I supported consumers of Philips TV, Norwegian speaking).

Dead End Job - No career path available Never got a rise based on Productivity Most of the Managers are dead weight in terms of helpfulness Subject Matter Experts are overloaded and can hardly help in real time Training is non existing from the moment you are dropped in Production As you get harder cases and manage Premier customers, they do not rise your salary ZERO remote work culture
