      Pros

      Concentrix is a great company that offers a great work environment and incredible career opportunities. Here's why: - Great initiatives for their employees' wellbeing, having programs like "Wellness" which gives every employee mental health breaks and readily available sessions with a psychologist either individually or as a group - Everyone has a good chance of getting promoted within the company if they show initiative and a good work attitude - The work environment is extremely good, with almost no toxicity whatsoever, at least in my experience. Everyone is very nice and professional - Salary and benefits are extremely good.

      Cons

      Concentrix is a great company but also has its downsides occasionally. - Every change so far in my 6 months of working at the company has been mostly for the worst. It's still a great place to work but a lot of the management choices are very questionable and shows a rather large disconnect between management and the workers. You can sometimes easily think that they don't really care about you.

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, good managers, good possibility to grow if deserved and flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Salary, although I really enjoy working at Concentrix, I believe the salary could be more adapted to the current life cost ,that the only slight con I have , but it still important to note that they pay a bit higher than the average.
