I had a fantastic team of people and they were fair. Nothing crazy, no parties or room to progress but there are positive things.

Cons

As mentioned above, move positions is not as easy or they come with a very low reward economically speaking.

Somehow they managed to hire A+ on the technical side, some pretty good folks worked there and carried the poor management for way to long.

Cons

Business management is among the worst I've seen, some managers on there are beyond incompetent, I have one in mind, hated for their senior managers, and the people below him, somehow that guy been there for 8+ years.
