This entire company is a complete JOKE this organization is overrun with poor, untrained, uneducated, sloppy, careless managers. The company is so overloaded with worthless monitoring programs to babysit their employees they are all obsolete at introduction and it leaves their managers running around in circles like a tornado Children who just graduated kindergarten have a better grip on realities of life and work environments. I have never encountered a more confused and out of control organization, never. Pay and compensation programs change every month. Complete Joke.

Concentrix Belfast is a trap, the company policies and processes are stupid and in some case illegal (be prepared to hand your passport at reception for 10 weeks if you request your relocation package which is supposed to be a DUE, call your embassy, consulate if they do so it is purely illegal) Training was slow, dumb, useless and unprofessional to the max (Symantec project) Avoid unless you have no choice. They try to make you stick with little tricks because salaries are shameful and they know it. They will you anything possible against you to force you to stay.
