Managament easily accessible. If you are a top sales performer you can do well. Decent benefits for a low level sales job.

Cons

Your sales will all be over the phone so you won't have any one on one with a customer. Was top sales performer and still not a whole lot of extra income.

Pros

At Concentrix, one has an opportunity to work with great and intelligent people. One also has the opportunity to gain some experience with customer interaction.

Cons

Concentrix is not a healthy work environment for anyone. There is no support from any so-called leadership position, and the position was supposed to be a small business NOC that has become a bonafide call center. The numbers matter much more than the employees.
