Pros
Friendly, family-like atmosphere with approachable management. HR has made obvious efforts to try to bring make the workplace fun while maintaining professionalism.
Cons
Very little investment in technology: Parent company is an OEM distributor but we have outdated slow work stations. Last year was the first year ever that raises were given (merit raise) and they were hardly a raise at all. Customer service representatives are evaluated on sales metrics.
