It is not a very hard job and very eaay to learn. Also a fun environment and great people to work with.

Cons

There is no real upward mobility or advancement. The pay almost never increases unless you really fight for it.

Nothing to be pros. Pathetic place to work. Everyday I wished it was the last working day at this place. They will treat you like animals if you dont lick what they offer.

Cons

Worst place to work, Starting from security to the top level management.. All have worst character and worst attitude.
