Its a BPO so if you are scouting for technical knowhow in this place you are mistaken, all support work

Pros

Best company to learn technically. Its hard to find such trainers even in bigger MNC's as I'm currently working in One. You will get any support in terms of Technically. If you are ready to grow technically, its one of the best company I would suggest and I'm suggesting.

Cons

Forget about good salary. But to EARN, you must LEARN. If you learn her I'm sure you will earn a good package in near furture.

Lots of opportunities. If you are well organised and reach your target, all you have to do to progress is to apply for other internal positions.

Cons

Service desk managers can make your life easy or a nightmare. The attitude and team really make the difference. Equipment would need renewing... slow machines and faulty tools impact your productivity and mood.
