Work environment Family to semi holocracy based organization set up Team / Group dynamic consists of cross functional team members with multiple disciplines that complement each-other Work process entails a hybrid between waterfall and agile facilitated by Scrum masters / PM hybrids Onboarding process consists of the Tigerspike Catalyst exposure, global culture practices, TS orientation on values and beliefs and introduction to organization members locally and globally, existing client and TS ongoing projects.

Unclear information on rewards and merits recognition system based on staff’s quarterly/semi annually / annual TS performance.
