Honestly, when I first started here I didn't know what to expect after reading the old Glassdoor reviews. But this place was nothing like what was said in those reviews. It seems like management has worked relentlessly on all of the problems that were here at CTC last year in 2020, everything from diversity to work & life balance. I applaud them for this. There are so many benefits to working here that I don't even know where to begin. I am also writing this after CTC just gave away 20% of the company to employees making everyone a shareholder which was awesome. Pros: 1. Learning / Career Development: If you are someone that loves to learn and challenge yourself, there is nowhere better to learn about E-commerce / Facebook ads than here. I firmly stand by this and that is why I came here. There are also many awesome positions available catered to what you want to do. 2. Remote work: This has allowed me to save so much time on commutes and money getting to an office. Remote work also allowed me to move to a cheaper location and buy a house! 3. Compensation: The compensation is competitive and the first time I got a raise, they approached me. They notice hard work and reward accordingly. 4. People: The people here are super nice and they want to see you accomplish whatever you want in life, especially the CEO Taylor whom I love to interact with. I have never experienced a more open work culture. Somewhere people can actually be their true selves! 5. CTC listens: The company is as diverse as it ever was and is encouraging people to embrace a better work-life balance which were big problems they had in the past. 6. Benefits: They offer a 401k match and insurance which is pretty standard. But CTC also gives some cash back for internet, phone, and health expenses which is awesome. Four weeks of paid vacation AND end of the year break as well! 7. ESOP: Yesterday everyone at CTC become a shareholder in the company. CTC just gave the employees 20% of the company with plans to make it 80% in the next couple of years. Unheard of. I wake up every day excited to go back to work, while that may not be the exact case for everyone, it is for me and I am grateful to love my job!
