Pros

-Knowledgeable employees. -TMYD program. -On-sight gym.

Cons

-Underpay/overworked employees. -No definitive plans for future of company. -Upper Management is very tight-knit and rarely receptive to employees under them. -Lack of strong leadership in the creative services/design department. -Intern program lacked concrete guidance. -No room for growth unless you play by their rules. -Struggles to be fully transparent with its employees. -If you don't follow their philosophy to a tee, or even challenge/question it, you may get alienated personally and professionally from certain managers.

We appreciate your feedback and especially candor on your time at CTC. 2019 was undoubtedly a learning year for CTC and with that comes change. Your experience through our change was turbulent at best, trust when I say that is far from what we strive for. Our hope — thanks to responses like yours — is to never mislead where we are and where we’re going again.

Pros

-TMYD Program -Close-knit company -Skilled with Facebook Ads

Cons

-Don't follow their key pillars -Claim they are transparent, they are not -Most employees had to apply SEVERAL times to get a job there, something they are quick to boast about

Our Internship/Second Life program is meant to provide a fixed, robust training opportunity for eager entrepreneurs to learn the ins and outs of a digital sales agency. As much as the experience is meant to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to hone a craft on platform, CTC strives to take it one step further and care for all of its entrepreneurs along the way. You are deeply disappointed with your experience here and we are equally deeply disappointed to know that we left you with that impression of us. We are committed to doing better and being better.
