      Pros

      Longevity. Unless you screw up, you can likely stay here a long time.

      Cons

      Benefits are mediocre, and becoming more and more so. It's starting to cost money to work for this company. CATV industry is dying, so not sure how lone the company will remain.

      Too many layers of management to affect change. Multiple company cultures and identities through acquisitions. High attrition rate of key personnel.
