      Pros

      I am still employees as of today. Who knows what the future holds.

      Cons

      Where do I begin. They push furthering your education because they say they promote with in. The only a that get promoted in with upper management. A lot of the management doesn't even an associates degree. They say that employees matter. When does that benefit become available. We work 12 hours a day and are forced to work weekends. We have to request vacation time for our scheduled day off. Must I continue with the cons?

      Pros

      Decent benefits package, talented co-workers, rewards for long term service, travel opportunities, good cafeteria at the Joliet location, global corporation.

      Cons

      The benefits, etc are still good, but the general culture of the company seems to have changed since the merger with Andrew Corporation. I still enjoyed my time there though.
