      Company has become too Big and needs more focus

      Pros

      Ok pay. Good life balance and ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Company is not sales focused. No long term vision since taken over from Carlisle Group. Sale comp plan is very complicated and you have to wait a long time to get paid. Company is run by bean counters.
