Pros

The people i worked with were nothing short of amazing and made the job a lot easier.

Cons

They are billions of dollars in debt so they paused commissions suspended draws and kept telling employees they would have it figured out soon. Its about to be Q2 and still no incentive or sales plan has been established. the global inside sales manager over the charlotte offices produces a very hostile and uncomfortable work environment with her aggressive behavior. coaching and training is a joke at this place. There is no real hands on training just a bunch of videos. they make a lot of changes at the drop of a dime and refuse to give it to you in documented forms. It just became to hostile and to uncomfortable to stay.

Good people. Good technology. Interesting work.

Cons

Executive management seems to be putting debt management ahead of the employees. Stock grants, 401K matches, and raises are all suspended for 2023.

Pros

Home working. Flex working. Loads of opportunity to do many things in a much better way (if only everyone saw it like that).

Cons

The ship is turning, the water is stormy and there are holes in the bowel and it is breaking into segments. People are jumping from the ship, PWC are watching from safe waters as they count their coin and the shareholders are crying as they see their money sinking. In short I'm not sure how long its going to take to clean up the mess this company is in, if it will survive as a whole or just be broken off into lots of smaller companies. The direction is very unclear/uninspiring.
