      Learnt a lot but with less pay

      Pros

      Ruckus Networks commscope .. learnt lot of things , Highly talented people and team members . Teams are small ..work is highly visible even to top leaders .

      Cons

      long working hours .. no work life balance . So much negotiations for compensation while job offer . Yearly hike is very less . Lab guys are little un-professional/rude .
