      Good location; flexible schedule; OK benefits;

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement; Constant layoffs; Not a unified company...still Us vs. Them mentality after several acquisitions. Lower salaries due to location of corporate headquarters.

      Salary is low Projects are not managed by the right people, just the people who are local or known Sr. leadership is difficult Bonuses and raises are horrible No additional perks that other large companies offer More men in leadership than women Women are not respected
