Reasonable salary Quite flexible with working hours

Cons

Massively inconsistencies between teams On some projects software development process non existent leading to quality problems and the resulting high levels of stress. Management just aren't interested in addressing this. No opportunities to do anything other than what you have been pigeonholed to do, this may be down to being in a declining industry None existent line management unless you are buddies with your boss. No training No communication, you only get told what you need to know and often that is too late No road map, so reinventing the wheel every project
